- Raw material selection
- Our raw materials are selected with particular care. All our steels come from the best European steelworks.
- The choice of raw material is of key importance in the preparation of high-performance tools. We pay particular attention to the rigorous selection of carbides and high-speed steels.
- Sawing
- For high-speed steels, the material is cut to the required dimensions.
- Turning
- Preparation of cutter blanks on CNC lathes.
- Milling
- Cutting of different teeth on a series of automatic machines operated by our qualified technicians.
- Heat treatment
- We work with installations that use the most modern methods: computer-assisted vacuum hardening furnaces. Installations fully suited to our manufacturing capacity give us a large degree of production mobility and ensure very short delivery times. We apply a specific heat treatment to each type of steel in order to optimise the performance of different types of milling cutter.
- Grinding-sharpening
- Our know-how passed on over 4 generations provides a unique experience: craftsmanship combined with new production methods. Small conventional manual machines which, associated with the skills of our precision technicians, guarantee consistent quality.
- Quality control
- Throughout the manufacturing process, systematic controls are carried out. Each cutter is inspected individually according to rigorous and selective accuracy criteria.
